Building Services

Building and demolition is regulated by the Ontario Building Code and enforced by the Township. All building and demolition must meet the requirements set out in the Code, along with any other applicable legislation (ie development controls, Fire Code, Ministry of Labour, private septic).

Applications for building and demolition permits must be completed and submitted along with applicable fees and drawings/documents prior to the issuance of any permit.
