Corporate Services
Corporate services are those services that support Council and its functional services. They include secretarial services for Council and Committees, financial services, human resources, information technology, and general policy.
Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for the general management of the municipal corporation. The CAO is the liaison between Council and staff. He/she is responsible for the implementation of Council policy, developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, advising Council on policy matters, and negotiating major agreements and contracts with third parties.
The CAO is also the staff spokesperson and staff representative of the Township.
Clerk's Department
The Municipal Clerk is responsible for preparing Council agendas and minutes, by-laws and resolutions, corporate records management, corporate communications and information technology. As well, the Municipal Clerk's Department provides administrative services and human resource services to the municipal departments, administers the Township's liability and property insurance, oversees the Line Fences Act and livestock valuation, administers the Ontario Disabilities Act plan, acts a provincial Divisional Registrar for births, marriages and deaths, and issues licenses and permits (excluding Building Code permits).

Treasury
The Treasurer is responsible for the day-to-day financial services of the municipality. These services include municipal taxation and collection, payroll and accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
For water and sewer billings, the Township contracts out this service to St. Lawrence Utilities.
