icon Qi Gong - Movement and Meditation Classes

The next session of Qi Gong classes, taught by Kim Hutt, is just around the corner. Intermediate classes will start Tuesday, May 21 and Beginner classes on Monday, May 27. Both classes will take place at Iroquois Public school and both will run from 6:30pm - 7:30pm and will cost $59.26 (tax included).

South Dundas Co-ed Ball Hockey League

Ball hockey is back for the summer! This co-ed league is for youth aged 8 to 16 years. It is a great opportunity for participants to be healthy and active while improving hockey skills in a fun and engaging environment. The league is non-contact and requires that all participants wear proper helmets and faceguards along with leg protection and gloves.

Junior Ball Hockey Ages: 8-11 years old

South dundas Swimming Lessons

Swimming season is just around the corner, register for classes today to make sure your kids are safe and have fun while in the water. When registering, please indicate whether you will be attending the Iroquois or Morrisburg beach.

First Session starts July 2. DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR SESSION 1 is Wednesday, June 26.

icon South Dundas Dance Summer Classes

Summer dance classes will be taking place starting on Wednesday, May 8. A change of pace from the normal classes, Natalie Heyes will be teaching a class of 5-8 year olds and a class of 9-13 year olds. The classes will cover a variety of dance styles. Registration is now open for this program at the Township Office in Williamsburg. There is space for 12 participants in each age group.THE 5-8 year old class is now FULL.

Stretching and strength exercises and relazation techniques help to maintain and improve flexibility and physical health. Yoga helps to calm the nervous system, improve mental focus and provide an overall sense of well being.

icon Gluten Free Cooking Classes

Participants will have a chance to learn valuable tips, techniques, and recipes to cook gluten-free meals. Participants will learn to prepare a variety of foods inlcuding quick breads, main dishes, and desserts.

icon Kickboxing and Bootcamp Classes - CLASSES ARE NOW FULL

Kickboxing is fun, fast-paced and exciting. Students will hone their punching and kicking techniques on punching pads, learn aerobic-type kickboxing, and will focus on strength and core training. This class will improve cardio, strength, agility, flexibility and core balance. All levels welcome.
