Community Sports Organizations are integral to the development of a healthy lifestyle and the vibrancy of South Dundas. These organizations are run by dedicated volunteers who do their best to provide sports and recreation opportunities for individuals and families in South Dundas. Sandy’s Dance Studio
Classes available: Tween Hip Hop, Baton Twirling, Tap Dance and Step Dancing. KINDER BOOGIE Classes for the 4-6 years teaching rhythm with fun dance games. To register call Sandy at 613-725-6533.The South Dundas Ball Hockey League is new for South Dundas youthin 2023. The spring/summer league runs a nine-week season made up of seven regular season weeks and then a two week playoff period at the Morrisburg Arena.
