Riverside Heights Residents Water & Sewer Survey

About

As part of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Water and Sewer Servicing Project, Riverside Heights residents could potentially connect to municipal services that are being installed to Upper Canada Village. The work is expected to start in spring 2027. Before any decisions are made, the Municipality wants to better understand whether residents would be interested in connecting.

Survey

South Dundas has prepared a brief survey for Riverside Heights Residents to gauge:

  • The interest in connecting their residence to municipal water and sewer services.
  • The potential timing of the connection.
  • Cost and considerations that may impact your decision.

Complete the survey here.

Paper copies available upon request.

Drop-In Sessions

Residents are invited to attend an informal drop-in session to learn more about the planned infrastructure, ask questions directly to municipal staff, and get help completing the survey, if needed.

Location: George Jowett Memorial Hall, Riverside Heights
Date/ Time: Thursday February 19th, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

There is no formal presentation, feel free to drop in at any time to meet with staff.

Your Input Matters

Your feedback will help the Municipality to appropriately plan the infrastructure capacity and understand the number of potential connections. It will help calculate funding and cost-recovery approaches and make informed recommendations to Council.
